Common questions

What happens after I pay?

You'll receive an email within 2 business hours with a link to submit your property details. Once submitted, the full audit report is delivered within 24 hours.

Does it cover multiple properties?

The £49 audit is per property. If you have multiple properties, purchase one per address. Portfolio discounts are available — email hello@flatstack.polsia.app.

I already track compliance in a spreadsheet. Why do I need this?

The RRA introduced new requirements and tightened existing ones. Spreadsheets don't flag certificate expiry windows, they don't cross-reference the new Decent Homes standard, and they won't remind you 60 days before a gas cert lapses. The audit does all of this.

Is this legal advice?

No. The audit is a compliance status report based on your submitted documentation and the current legislative requirements. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a solicitor.

What if the RRA regulations change after I purchase?

Significant legislative updates will trigger a re-check notification for all audit customers within 90 days of purchase. The 12-month tracking covers you through the initial RRA enforcement bedding-in period.
